Youth Shaped

Our aim for 2023 is to

• Give young people a voice in the activities organised for them by the District;

• Make meetings accessible to Explorer Scout Young Leaders and giving them a voice in the decision making that affects their sections;

• Help groups to embed Youth Shaped Scouting as part of their termly programme;

• Make sure that the Community Impact projects undertaken by groups reflect the interests of the young people in the Group.

• Enable groups to offer meaningful peer leadership;
